Repair Services

Allied Lift Services have competent, qualified and dedicated repair operatives, to carry out reactive or planned repairs along with upgrades on all manner of lift equipment. Our highly experienced repair teams have expertise in all repairs and upgrades across all types of equipment. They are also supported by troubleshooting, proactive attitude and stringent supply chain procedures, ensuring your lift operates to maximum capability and safety whilst avoiding any unnecessary downtime.

Modernisation Services

Allied Lift Services have vast experience in modernising bespoke lift installations, ranging from 2 storey single units to multiple high rise lifts on a single programme. Our project management approach enables us to complete the entire project from survey to design continuing through to testing and commissioning this can allow for minimum client involvement. Alternatively we can work closely with the client or relevant representative to achieve the desired outcome.

Meeting the clients needs is an objective, we are on hand to advise on upgrades to ensure compliance with relevant British and European Standards including provisions for DDA (Disabled Discrimination Act) compliance along with CDM requirements. Installation Services

Allied Lift Services can provide a bespoke tailored Lift Installation service to all clients, offering competitive prices and appealing lead-times. We can offer and advise on the most suitable equipment for the proposed project. Along with our supply chain management ensuring that the most suitable equipment is available at a competitive cost and appropriate lead time.

Our project management approach enables minimum disruption for our clients. We have vast experience in working with architects, building contractors; lift consultants etc ensuring our customers are satisfied. Upon completion of the installation, testing under the most recent applicable standard and certified in support of our full 'CE' registration ensuring complete compliance with relevant legislation.

Being an independent organisation enables us to not be tied to any specific supplier, therefore allowing us to offer our customers the supply of a wide range of equipment best suited to the user, the environment and the best available price.

Allied Lift Services also offer a lift removal service for any redundant equipment. This is a hassle free procedure for the client and can take less than a week from initial survey to completion.

Services for personal / mobility lifting equipment

Allied Lift Services employ specialist engineers allowing all services to be provided to owners of mobility lifting equipment such as stair lifts, hoists and domestic lifts. We aim to provide simplicity to our clients, by offering one umbrella contract for all their lifting needs and offer all manner of services from removal to installation, through to routine maintenance and repair.

Being an independent organisation we are not tied to any specific supplier, therefore offering the supply of a wide range of equipment best suited to the user and the environment at the best available price.

Our expertise in this area, has allowed us to secure several prestigious contracts with Local Authorities and NHS Trusts.

Lift Testing Services

Allied Lift Services employ fully qualified QCF4 lift technicians readily available to carry out full or part tests to relevant modern standards. These tests can be carried out on any lift which may require certification and are fully supported by our 'CE' registration. We also offer the full compliment of SAFed Supplementary Tests which may be required by Thorough Examiners; these can be readily arranged along with completion ensuring your lift avoids any unnecessary downtime.

We provide support on lift testing requirements and responsibilities. This service is available to all lift owners who may require a lift test or advice on their lift compliance. Should you have a query and wish to discuss this, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Call Out Services

Allied Lift Services provides a dedicated 24 hour call out facility to clients and non clients. This emergency facility can offer response times of as little as 30 minutes from receipt of call along with our support staff keeping you updated with engineers progression and informing of estimated arrival time too site. Our goal is to safely repair 100% of lifts upon initial call out; if a further repair is required we aim to carry out safe temporary repairs, allowing safe lift use until this can be completed.

Training Commitment

Allied lift Services are dedicated to the development of all staff together with subsequent knowledge. To ensure we are surpassing industry requirements and remain current with all manner of lift equipment. Our continuous improvement strategy enables us to be ISO accredited in our training approach, which includes regular staff audits.

Allied Lifts are also a member of Reset which is a quick and simple way providing proof that our employees are fully competent and qualified to work on site, in compliance with HSE and CDM regulations. It also provides a fast-track way for us to complete pre-qualification procedures.

Allied Lift Services QFC4 technicians are available to deliver on site 'safe passenger release' training for suitable delegates. This training is approved under our ISO procedures and addresses the theoretical along with practical issues, associated with the safe release of passengers from a faulty lift. The course takes approximately half a day to complete and culminates in a final end test, to assess the competencies of the delegates. Upon completion successful delegates are issued with a certificate of competence.
