Our team are constantly working alongside our current customers to help improve their lifts, to allow ease of use for the end user. Especially on hospital sites this is of the utmost importance as they are dependent on lifts being in service.
We take a lot for granted when visiting hospitals, however, the care and attention hospital lifts require is vital. Our team are instilled with a proactive approach to servicing to prevent breakdowns and in turn reducing downtime of the lift equipment.
We want our customer to plan and budget, our proactive and preventative approach allows our customers to do this. We plan for every eventuality so our customers don’t have to, that is what we are brought on board for after all. This is achieved in working in partnership with our customers to enable both technical and financial solutions.
Our customers have opted to modernise one of their current lifts with upgrading their full control system, new push and indicator fixtures and door operating system including replacement of all wiring.
Working alongside the excellent Estates team at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS have been great and the project is yet to begin so it can only get better. Building our working relationships are so important and at Allied Lifts, our friendly and helpful team are always at hand.
